Description
Paper is used as laying material at baking of bakery products and production of confectionery products. Paper is applied in technology processes at temperature of 230-290 °C.
Use of paper allows to eliminate formation of the contaminating crust, it is more opposite to exclude washing and use of oil, to lower energy costs and to master production of new types of products.
